CNC Machining Center

The Machining at Penn Metal Fabricators, Inc. is accomplished using precision CNC equipment which allows us to hold very tight tolerances on all machining work.

cnc machiningOne of our machining centers is a HAAS VF-O. This machining center has a table travel range of 20" X 16" and a milling head vertical travel range of 20in. It also has a 16 tool changer and an accuracy of.0002".

This will allow us to machine raw stock with dimensions of 20" X 16" X l0" and hold tolerances on those parts within .0002".

cnc machining centerOur other CNC machining center is a HAAS VF-6. This machining center is larger than the VF -0 with ranges of 64" X 32" X 30" but it will hold the same tolerances.

A third machining center is a HAAS VF - 7 with a capacity of 84" X 32". Both of these machines have a direct connection to our CAD/CAM system.
